The Zurich Winter gathers the oil paintings I produced during several winter months in Zurich.

There is no strict narrative thread binding these works together. No single theme dominates. What unites them is a stylistic continuity — a shared atmosphere, a disciplined pictorial language that runs quietly beneath each canvas.

During those two years between New York and Switzerland, my dedication to refining my painting technique was intense. I was obsessed with precision, with control, with pushing realism and composition further. At the same time, I was constantly searching for compelling characters, subjects, and visual tensions.

It was a period of fertile research and technical evolution — a winter of concentration, experimentation, and steady growth.
